FRANK CHUA BIRTHDAY: Frank Chua Birthday Celebration

This year 2005 I'm already 52 years old. The employees of SMD
wanted to celebrate my birthday. I think it is not necessary.
Maybe a small private lunch will be more than adequate. ... but
Dorwin must be the culprit, she got everybody involved, and now
you will see through the pictures, how it went.
First of all, they gave me a birthday present with fresh
flower. Irene Lam presented to me on everybody's behalf.

This is the birthday cake, and they make sure the number
of candles are right and the size is right.

I had to stand there for the birthday songs to complete: in
English, followed by Mandarin, Cantonese, Tamil and finally
in Malay. I guess it was to ensure that everybody understood
what the occassion was for.

This must be the most important part of it. Afterall, it was
already past 11.15am and we were all hungry and we need
to fill our tummies before they start complaining.

The Technical people bought a big cake, maybe the afternoon
people are bigger eater, they think. Somebody must have
accidentally scrap off the cream on SMD. Good thing the
strawberries are still in-tact.

Sabrina, myself and Kumar Senthil, we had our 2nd
round at 3.30pm.

By now, we have the afternoon shift reporting for work. What
better way to start work than having a nice meal. Lots of
curry for sure.

Some of us preferred to eat in the office. It was abit too
crowded inside. But, Kelvin preferred to work, maybe he
was trying to finish some quote before going to see
customer.
